Lacreek Electric is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Metering/Billing Specialist to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our members.
The Metering/Billing Specialist will provide continuous quality service with accurate metering and billing of accounts to deliver high-quality service to members, promoting energy efficiency, and managing metering operations and key accounts. This role involves supervising programs that improve member engagement and satisfaction, enhancing the Cooperative’s cost-effectiveness, and supporting economic development initiatives. The position also supports demand-side management (DSM), advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), and technical troubleshooting for electric systems.
Strong computer skills are highly recommended but not required.
Wage is dependent on experience.
